Wow that must be embarassing

Something else happened on senior night that I previously neglected to mention. One young man was up at the mike, and other people were going up to say goodbye, tell stories, etc., and his mom went up there and started talking about how much she loved him and how proud of him she was and all that other momish stuff, and she started getting teary and all emotional, and I was sitting there thinking, Wow, I'm so sorry for that guy. He must be so embarassed.
The good news? My mom promises never to do that to me.
